Palin's Controversies
So much attention is falling upon the things that Sarah Palin does incorrectly in her personal life. I understand how personal action can influence voters, but there's a limit. The fact that Palin has a prego daughter is interesting, and it complicates her personal life, but I don't believe that another little baby Palin is going influence how she could possibly act as Vice President. I'm not in favor of another Republican regime, but I'm also not in favor of judging a book by its pregnant cover. I'm keepin' it real.

Good point and one the democrats need to be careful with when considering attacking.
My issue with Palin's pregnant daughter is that the evangelical Christians who all support her are turning a blind eye to the situation, even praising the family. For a group that is so pro morality and values, I am disappointed that they are so hypocritical. If let's say Obama had a 17 year old daughter and she got pregnant, then the evangelicals would attack him like none other. I think it just needs to be more even. Which will never happen in politics. I am all for not judging Palin on her daughter's actions, but the fact that there is even support for it is appalling to me.
Thank you Kole. Let's get back to the real issues- experience, policies, backgound, etc.- when judging whether or not an individual is fit for political office. Her daughter becoming pregnant had nothing to do with Palin (it was between her daughter and the guy), and it sure as hell has nothing to do with Palin's political decisions.
